Sonic's Lazy Day

Evening had came in Mobius, and in the home of the blue hedgehog, Sonic just came home from battling Eggman, he was very exhausted after the fight as he then sat down on his couch and took off his shoes and socks as well as his gloves, "Phew, what a day", Sonic said as he stretched, "Well, at least I'm back home where I can rest", Sonic said as he slowly got up, "I think a nice hot bath can help get me relaxed", Sonic said as he headed to his bathroom to take a nice hot bath, several minutes later, he got out of the bathroom and sat down on his bed, he grabbed his dark blue nightcap and put it on as he sighed of relief, "Ah, that's better", Sonic said as he then felt something rubbing his ankle, "Huh, what's that?", Sonic asked as he looked down to see his cat Star rubbing himself on Sonic's ankle, "Aww, hey little guy", Sonic said as he picked up Star and held him on his arms and began to pet him, "I bet you missed me didn't you Star?", Sonic asked as Star meowed, Sonic chuckled as he then got into his bed and let out a soft yawn, "I'm very exhausted Star, Ol' Sonic here need's rest", Sonic said a little drowsily, Star then crawled to Sonic's tummy where he lied down on, Sonic smiled as he petted Star again, "Tomorrow, I'm gonna have a lazy day, there I will just kick back and relax all day, I deserve it", Sonic said as he yawned again, he then saw Star fast asleep on his tummy, Sonic smiled as he then yawned once more and had fallen asleep and began to snore loud afterward.

Morning came as Sonic was still asleep, Star was not in the room however, as he had walked to the living room to play with his toys, Sonic then very slowly woke up from his slumber and yawned, "Oh what a night", Sonic said drowsily, he then got his red slippers on his feet and slowly got out of bed as he stretched and yawned again and headed to the kitchen to make himself some breakfast, which was eggs and bacon and a big glass of orange juice, he then sat down on his couch, turned on the tv and ate his breakfast, after he finished his breakfast, he then relaxed on the couch and watched tv with Star next to him, "Ah, this is nice, nothing like having a lazy day after a long day of battling Egghead", Sonic said with a sigh of relief, "Life is good", Sonic continued as he then continued watching tv.

After a couple of hours, Sonic then was laying on the couch, feeling totally relaxed, he then heard a knock on the door, "Come on in, the doors open", Sonic said as the door opened, it was Tundra, bringing in the chill of winter air in the house, "Hey Sonic, what's up", Tundra said as Sonic started to shiver, "I'm fine, but man did you leave the door open", Sonic said jokingly, "Ha, very funny Sonic", Tundra said as he noticed Sonic in his nightcap and slippers, "Just got out of bed or something Sonic", Tundra said as Sonic shook his head, "No, I decided to kick back and relax, have myself a lazy day after fighting off Egghead again", Sonic said as Tundra remembered, "Oh yeah that's right, he was invading Holoska yesterday, we had to stop Eggman from taking over the ice kingdom from Elsa", Tundra said as Sonic nodded, "And that....was not and easy fight", Sonic said, "Yeah for you, you didn't even wear a coat, it was easy for me and Elsa cause we're masters of the element of Ice and Cold", Tundra said, "Heh, well good for you", Sonic said with a chuckle as Tundra smiled, "Well, I'll let you relax, take it easy bud", Tundra said as he did his Lin Kuei bow, "Alright, see ya bud", Sonic said with a wave as Tundra headed out the door, Sonic then kept getting relaxed and watched some more tv.

An hour later, Sonic was then napping on the couch and was snoring loudly, a knock was heard again, but Sonic didn't hear it since he was napping, "Sonic, you home?", a voice asked, which was Knuckles, he was gonna bring Sonic's game console back, "Blue you home, I'm just here to bring back your game console", Knuckles said as he then heard snoring as he then opened the door and saw him napping on the couch, he then quietly placed the game console down on the floor and wrote a note to Sonic about it then left quietly, after an hour and a half, Sonic woke up and read the note from Knuckles and he smiled.

Sometime later, Sonic then made himself some dinner, which was a couple of chilidogs that he so loves, then afterwards, he continues to get relaxed and watches tv, then the door is knocked again as Sonic let the person in, and it's one person that Sonic always loves to see, his little brother Tails has came to be with his big brother, "Hey Tails, I was hoping you'd come by little bro", Sonic said as Tails smiled, "Really, why is that Sonic?", Tails asked as he sat by Sonic, "Cause I know my little bro very well", Sonic said as Tails then hugged Sonic as Sonic hugged him back, "So have you been doing ok Sonic?", Tails asked as Sonic nodded, "Yep, just been kicking back and relaxing, just wanted to have a lazy day after fighting Egghead all day yesterday", Sonic said as Tails patted Sonic's shoulder, "I don't blame you Sonic, you mind if I join you big brother?", Tails said as Sonic smiled, "Of course you can Tails, there's no one else I'd rather have with me then you little bro", Sonic said as Tails smiled, "Aww, thanks Sonic", Tails said as he then took off his shoes and socks and grabbed his nightcap from his bag and put it on, so that he can be like Sonic, Sonic smiled as he saw Tails put his arms behind his head and relaxed, "How does it feel little bro?" Sonic asked as Tails sighed happily, "It feels wonderful", Tails said as Sonic smiled, "I think so too little bro", Sonic said as they both relaxed and watched TV together.

Night then came as the brothers was still relaxing on the couch as Sonic was starting to get dark circles under his eyes, while tails hasn't but did look at Sonic and noticed that he's getting tired, "Getting sleepy Sonic?", Tails asked as Sonic looked at Tails, "Yeah, I'm getting quite tired", Sonic said with a yawn, Tails then got up and held out his hand, "I'll help you get to bed Sonic", Tails said as Sonic grabbed Tails' hand and got up, "Thanks little bro", Sonic said while yawning as Tails and Sonic both gotten in the bedroom, Sonic then sat down on the bed, stretching and yawning again as Tails helped take Sonic's slippers off his feet, then Sonic got into bed as Tails then tucked Sonic in and got into bed himself and snuggled on Sonic, "There you go big brother, all tucked in, safe and sound", Tails said as Sonic smiled and gently rubbed Tails' head, "Thanks little bro, you do know how to care for your big bro", Sonic said drowsily, Tails then turned off the bedside lamp as Sonic yawned again, "Tails, do you remember that one time you helped me go to sleep?", Sonic asked drowsily as Tails nodded, "Yeah, I sang you a lullaby and my tails rubbed your feet", Tails said with a smile as Sonic smiled as well, "That's the one, would you do that to me tonight little bro?". Sonic asked with a yawn as Tails smiled and nodded, "Anything for my big brother", Tails said as his tails then began rubbing Sonic's feet as Sonic moaned happily and yawned, Tails then sang a lullaby to Sonic, Sonic smiled as he let out one more soft yawn as he slowly began to go to sleep and started to snore loud, Tails then stop rubbing Sonic's feet and ended his lullaby as he then gently hugged Sonic, "Goodnight Sonic, sweet dreams and I love you big brother", Tails whispered to the snoozing Sonic as the then mumbled, "Good....night......little......bro...", Tails smiled as he then let out a soft yawn as he then snuggle on Sonic as he then fell asleep and snored softly, Sonic snored a bit louder as his arm was now around Tails as Sonic sighed happily and kept snoring.
