Yoshi's and Kirby's Quest For Food

It was a beautiful and snowy morning in the house in which the two friends Yoshi and Kirby lived, Yoshi was in his bed asleep snoring with his nightcap on his head, dreaming about a perfect Christmas, until, "Wake Up Yoshi!!!", Kirby yelled outside his bedroom, Yoshi put a blanket over him and kept sleeping and snoring, then Kirby came in and then jumped on Yoshi's bed to wake him up and which it did, "Why did you wake me up Kirby, I was trying to sleep!", Yoshi yelled, "It's almost 12 o'clock Yoshi, you shouldn't be sleeping", Kirby replied as Yoshi got up stretching and yawning, "Besides, we need to get prepared for the Christmas party later on tonight", Kirby continued as Yoshi then remembered, "Oh yeah, I forgot about that", Yoshi said as he got out of bed, "Alright, let's get busy Kirby", Yoshi said as he got his nightcap out of his head as he and Kirby headed to the living room to get the house ready for their Christmas party.

As an hour passed, they both got the house ready for the party later tonight, "Looks pretty good Yoshi", Kirby said, "Thanks, I learned how to decorate from Peach", Yoshi replied as he headed to the kitchen, and then saw that there wasn't much food in the kitchen, "Hey, what happened to all the food Kirby?", Yoshi asked, "I....don't know", Kirby said nervously, Yoshi looked at Kirby, "Kirby, did you eat the food???", Yoshi asked, "No.....", Kirby replied nervously, Yoshi looked at him knowing that he's lying, "Ok, ok, yes I did eat the food", Kirby said, "Kirby, we can't have a party with no food!!", Yoshi yelled with anger as Kirby started to feel bad, "Now we gotta get food before the party starts, that's gonna be hard", Yoshi said as Kirby nodded, "Well, we better get going, we gotta be fast before the guests arrive", Yoshi said as he put on his scarf and winter gloves in his hands, "We better be fast, the store closes early cause it's Christmas Eve today", Kirby said as Yoshi looked at the calender, "Oh yeah you're right, well we better be quick" Yoshi replied as he and Kirbt left fast to the market, however they was too late as the stores was all closed, "Great, all the stores are all closed", Yoshi said angerly, "You just had to eat all the food didn't you?", Yoshi said as Kirby felt bad, "I'm sorry Yoshi", Kirby replied feeling a bit sad, "Well, let's just try to find some food for later", Yoshi replied as they both tried to find some food.

They're searching then lead them into the forest where it gotten harder to find food, Yoshi shivered as Kirby kept feeling bad, til Yoshi found a fruit tree with fruit still in tact, Yoshi got as many fruit with the help from Kirby as they then continued to search for food, where they then found a cabin, "Hey look, a cabin, someone has to live there", Kirby said as Yoshi got nervous, "I don't know about this Kirby, I have a bad feeling about this", Yoshi said with a concern, "Well, if we ask, he or she might give us some food", Kirby said as he knocked the door, Yoshi got nervous as the front door opened as an elderly lady opened the door, "Excuse me ma'am..", Yoshi asked nervously, "...will you be so kind to offer us some food, we're having a party back at our home and we don't have any food", Yoshi said nervously as the elderly women left for a minute as Yoshi held Kirby knowing something bad was gonna happen, the woman came back with suger cookies and a cartain of Eggnog, Yoshi sighed with relief, "Thank you so much ma'am, Merry Christmas", Yoshi said as he and Kirby left to home as the elderly woman waved goodbye to them.

Many hours past as Yoshi and Kirby finally came back home, "Phew, that was a long quest", Kirby said as Yoshi took off his scarf and gloves, "Yeah, we wouldn't have this quest if you didn't eat all the food in the first place!!", Yoshi replied as Kirby got sad, "I'm really sorry, I didn't mean too", Kirby replied as he hugged Yoshi, "Will you ever forgive me Yoshi?", Kirby asked as Yoshi looked down at Kirby then hugged him back, "Of course I do Kirby, sorry if I sounded harsh", Yoshi replied as Kirby smiled, "It's ok Yoshi", Kirby said as they then got the food ready for the party, and which the guests eventually arrived and they had their Christmas party.

A few hours later once the party had ended, Yoshi got very tired after the day he and Kirby had earlier, so he then headed straight for bed, he then took off his boots and then put on his nightcap and lie down on his bed, he then heard a knock on the door and Kirby entered the door, "What's wrong Kirby?", Yoshi asked as he let out a soft yawn, "Yoshi, I felt sorry of all the things I did to almost ruining the party, so I wanted to give you something to show you how sorry I am", Kirby said as he gave him a Christmas present, "I wanted to give you this for Christmas, but I thought that you might wanted to have it now", Kirby said as Yoshi smiled and opened the present, it was a Wii U, Yoshi was in awe, "Kirby, you got me a.....this is very.....thank you so much buddy", Yoshi said as Kirby climbed on his bed and hugged Yoshi and Yoshi hugged him back and then lay back down on his bed, "I promise that I'll never eat all the food again, especially before the party", Kirby said as Yoshi had already fallen asleep snoring loudly, Kirby smiled as he got on his nightcap and layed on his tummy close to his buddy Yoshi, and fell asleep snoring too along with Yoshi, and even though they had a crazy, and somewhat silly quest, they remain best friends and they'll have one great Christmas together.
